VIBE offers AI video creation tools that may include both free and paid features. You may use the app for personal and commercial content creation, subject to applicable laws, platform rules, and these terms.

Some parts of the app may require payment, an in-app purchase, or a subscription. Billing and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to each platform’s own policies.

Access to specific features, generations, or premium tools may change over time as the app evolves.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other content you submit into VIBE. You should only upload content you have the right to use.

You retain rights to your submitted materials where applicable, while the VIBE service, software, branding, and operating technologies remain the property of Rocket Digital Limited and its partners.

You may not use VIBE AI Video to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise violates applicable law or platform rules.

We may limit or suspend access if the app is used in a way that creates risk for the service, other users, or our partners.

VIBE AI Video is provided on an "as is" basis. Because generative AI output can vary, we do not guarantee that every result will match your prompt or image exactly.

To the extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
